The Story of ’Tis the Season for Setups

Lexi is a very organized single mother and a party planner. She gets a job planning the annual Christmas party at a beautiful ski resort. She goes there with her fun-loving mother, June, and her teenage daughter, Piper.

At the resort, Lexi meets Ridge, a ski instructor and the son of the lodge owner Dan. Lexi and Ridge do not get along at first. However, they soon notice that June and Dan seem to like each other.

Lexi and Ridge decide to help their parents find love. They plan fun Christmas activities and create different reasons for June and Dan to spend time together. But their plans do not go as expected because June and Dan keep finding ways to bring Lexi and Ridge along with them.

As Christmas gets closer, Lexi and Ridge spend more time together while trying to bring their parents closer. Slowly, they begin to discover that they may have feelings for each other too. Their Christmas matchmaking plan leads to an unexpected and heartwarming result.

1 Victor Webster as Ridge

Victor Webster is a Canadian actor and he is well-known for being the second actor to act as Nicholas Alamain in The Days of Our Lives an NBC daytime soap from 1999 to 2000.

Webster started his career with the TV series Sunset Beach in 1998, which was an uncredited role. Later he got a chance to work on another TV series The Lot in 1999.

Victor Webster is currently one of the most popular faces on the Hallmark Channel. He debuted on Hallmark Channel with the movie Puppy Love in 2012, where he worked with popular Hallmark actress Candace Cameron Bure.

Amanda Schull is an American actress and ballet dancer. She is well-known for her roles in series like One Tree Hill, Pretty Little Liars, and 12 Monkeys.

As an actress, she has appeared in four Hallmark movies so far. Her first Hallmark movie was Love, Once and Always in 2018. In the movie, she plays the role of Lucy Windsor, who inherits a mansion along with her teenage sweetheart.
