Haylie was born to Robert and Susan Colleen Duff. Her mother who was a homemaker before became Hillary Duff’s manager after a while and also produced the movies like A Cinderella Story in the year 2004,  The Perfect Man in the year 2005 and Material Girls in the year 2006. Her father Robert Erhard “Bob” Duff was an owner and also a partner for a chain of convenience stores who worked along with his father John B. Duff. As a businessman, he stayed in their family home in Houston for the business managing and maintenance of their family Business.

Hailey Duff is best known for her roles like in the 7th Heaven a television series as Sandy Jameson and as Amy Sanders in Lizzie McGuire, Napoleon Dynamite as Summer Wheatley and also in Love Takes Wing along as Annie Nelson which was in the made-for-television films and along with it the sequel Love Finds a Home.

Haylie Duff Success and career

Hailey Duff started her career by making a lot of made-for-television films which include True Women and on TV series such as The Amanda Show.  Along with these she also guest-starred in the Chicago Hope, Boston Public, and Third Watch. Hailey has made herself a familiar face starting in late 2002 as Amy Sanders in the show Lizzie McGuire.

In the year 2004, she also made a guest appearance on That’s So Raven as Katina Jones which was again a Disney show like Lizzie McGuire. She got her first role in a movie when was shooting along with the cast as  Summer Wheatley in Napoleon Dynamite and it nevertheless earned her a Teen Choice Award. In the year 2006, She got into the Broadway cast of Hairspray, as Amber Von Tussle, a mean girl and she dropped the role in October 2006. Later she has done a lot of roles without any loss in flow and still goes on.
