The Story of The Snowflake Effect
Tanya is a busy corporate lawyer who always likes to have a plan. One day, she quickly visits a cute gift shop to find a last-minute White Elephant gift. There, she meets Jason, a handsome and easygoing shop clerk.
Tanya buys a beautiful antique glass snowflake ornament. She does not know that the snowflake is a magical good-luck charm with a Christmas tradition that has been passed down for generations.
But Tanya gives the snowflake as part of a holiday gift exchange instead of giving it with the right intention. Soon, she starts having bad luck. Jason’s Aunt Coco tells Tanya about the snowflake’s magical history. Tanya then joins Jason on a mission to find the snowflake before Christmas.
The snowflake keeps moving from one person to another across Chicago. Tanya and Jason must follow it and get it back before Christmas Day, or Tanya will have bad luck until the next Christmas.
During their search, Tanya and Jason enjoy many funny and festive adventures. Their journey also helps Tanya see life in a new way. As they spend more time together, they begin to develop feelings for each other. In the end, Tanya may discover that meeting Jason was the luckiest thing that ever happened to her.

Heather Hemmens is an American actress, director, and producer. She is well-known for her role as Alice Verdura in the comedy television series Hellcats.
Actress Heather began her Hallmark journey in 2019 with the movie Love, Take Two. She played the role of Lily Bellenger, a producer of a wedding reality show who moves to her college town to film an episode. She finds herself getting attracted to one of the contestants, Scott, who happens to be her ex-lover.
