The Cast of Hallmark Movie- Rachel Skartsten is a Canadian Actress and Producer. She was born on  April 23, 1985 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Rachel is best known for her role as Dinah Lance in the television series Birds of Prey, Beth Kane/Alice in Batwoman, Tamsin in Lost Girl, and Elizabeth of England in the series Reign.

In 2014, Hallmark Channel hired Rachel Skarsten for the movie In My Dreams. It was her first Hallmark Movie, where she worked with a famous Hallmark actor Mike Vogel. People really liked her character Jessa in the movie.
