The Story of A Danish Christmas
Marie is a hotel technology executive who lives in Chicago. During the Christmas holidays she returns to Copenhagen to spend time with her family and help at their family inn.
When Ryan Miller arrives at the inn, Marie mistakenly thinks he is a travel writer. She wants to give him the best experience possible, hoping he will write a good story about the inn.
She even prepares a special Christmas tour of Copenhagen for him. However, the Andersen Inn stopped offering the tour after Marie’s father passed away, so she has to quickly create a new plan.
Things become more important when Marie’s mother tells her that she plans to sell the inn after New Year’s. Marie becomes determined to make Ryan’s stay perfect. She hopes a good article about the inn will bring more guests and convince her mother not to sell it.
Marie takes Ryan around Copenhagen and tries to create a warm and cozy Christmas feeling at the inn. But many of her plans do not go as expected, leading to funny and festive problems.
Even with all the mistakes, Marie and Ryan begin to grow closer. Soon, they feel that their relationship could be more than just an innkeeper and a guest.
When Marie discovers that Ryan is actually a journalist, she goes into overdrive to give him the perfect Danish Christmas experience. Along the way, Marie learns an important lesson: true warmth, friendship, and love cannot be planned or forced. They happen naturally.

1 Corey Sevier as Ryan
Corey Sevier is one of the most popular faces on Hallmark Channel. Sevier is multi-talented in his profession, he proved himself as a successful actor, director, and producer.
Hallmark Channel adopted Corey Sevier in 2013 with Cedar Cove Season 1, his role as Seth Gunderson was less recognizable in the Series. Later he got a chance to work in the Hallmark movie The Art of Us in 2017.
Later he works in many Hallmark Movies Northern Lights of Christmas, Heart of the Holidays, Pumpkin Everything, and The Dog Lover’s Guide to Dating, etc.
Apart from his Hallmark career, Corey Sevier started his career in front of the camera being a baby model of just six months old. 2 Emilie Ullerup as Marie
Emilie Ullerup was born on 27 October 1984 in Copenhagen, Demark, she is a Danish Actress who also acted for the hallmark channel, she began her acting career in 2006 in the Television series Battlestar Galactica and she debuts in the film Hunt to kill in 2010.
She is well-known for acting in the Sanctuary a television series as television series and in Chesapeake Shores as Bree O’Brien which is a Hallmark Channel drama series. Her father was an Ambassador of Denmark in Vietnam, a Diplomat and a Jurist who also has had the title of Danish Royal Family as Lord Chamberlain. Read Full Biography
