Jolyn Christine Heutmaker is better known as Josie Bissett is an American actress. She is well known for her role as Jane Mancini on the Melrose Place between the years 1992 to 1999 and also for her tv movie appearances over the past thirty years. Josie Bissett is very much recognized internationally for her character as the popular Jane Mancini on FOX TV’s Melrose Place and that ended in a successful way in its seventh-year run in May of 1999 and till date she has been on over and about 50 magazine covers. These include publications like Rolling Stone, Shape’s Fit Pregnancy and New Woman, Entertainment Weekly, and TV Guide.

Josie Bissett was born on 5th October 05, 1970, in Seattle, Washington, USA.  She was married to Rob Estes on the 1st  May of 1992  till  2006 and to Thomas Doig on the 4th July of 2017 till present with whom she has two children. Her children are  Mason True Estes, Maya Rose Estes, Estes, Mason True Estes, Maya Rose.

She was in a talk show Night with Conan O’Brien in the year of 1993 and on June 1994 she showed off her tattoos. Her tattoos were on her right ankle and it looked like a moon and a star. The other one is on her left hip and in front of her leg. She was in the year of 1996 chosen as one of the 50 most beautiful people in the world by People magazine.

Josie Bissett made her acting debut in the year of 1989 in the Italian-American-produced horror film Hitcher in the Dark. At that time she did adopt her mother’s maiden name as her stage name which was her original surname sounding Heutmaker which was too difficult for agents to pronounce.

She played a recurring role on the sitcom in the year of 1990 and The Hogan Family for two seasons and in the year of 1992. She was on the cast as fashion designer Jane Andrews-Mancini on Melrose Place the prime-time soap opera.

Josie was in the series for five and a half seasons until halfway through 1996 till 1997 season when she was suffering a real-life miscarriage and she later took some time off from the series and returned to the show in the year of 1998 and on its final season.
