Janel Parrish was born on 30th October 1988 and was born in Oahu, Hawaii, USA. Janel Meilani Parrish is the birth name of Janel Parrish. She grew up in Honolulu in her teens in California.
Her mother Joanne is Chinese and is actually of Han Chinese descent. Janel’s father Mark Parish is German and Irish and also of English descent and she has one sister named Melissa Nohelani. Melissa is older than her by eight years and her name is Melissa Nohelani.
Her sister had served as an officer in U.S. Army and her parents were bodybuilders previously also a notable thing is her mother was working in a Honolulu health club. When she was six years old she saw a production at the Neal S. Blaisdell Center which was The Phantom of the Opera and fell in love with the performance.
Janel Parrish started playing the piano and within a year he was also studying, acting, and singing. She has entered talent contests and has become well-known to local Oahu residents.
When she was at the age of fourteen she was on the remake of Star Search in the year of 2003 and performed the song On My Own and Les Miserables.
She has attended Moanalua Elementary School. As for her high school, she went to Moanalua High School for her freshman year.
She was living in Kaneohe, Hawaii till she was at the age of fourteen and her family moved to Burbank in Los Angeles so she could pursue a career in the entertainment industry.
