Casey Jon Deidrick is an American actor and singer. He is well-known for his role as Chad DiMera in the American soap opera Days Of Our Lives.

Deidrick has appeared in three television films so far. His debut television film was Advance & Retreat in 2016. He played the role of Cody Randall. In 2017, he played the role of Liam in the television film A Midsummer Nightmare, a psychological thriller. The movie was a modern adaptation of William Shakespeare’s play A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

His debut Hallmark movie was A Very Merry Bridesmaid in 2021. He played the lead role of Drew Vaughn. The movie is about Leah, whose 30th birthday is on the same day as her brother’s wedding. Her childhood crush is back in town for the wedding to make sure that her birthday was one to remember!

Deidrick was born on April 25, 1987, in Santa Clara, California. His father Barry Jon Deidrick was an electrician and his mother Denise Deck was a nurse. After his parents divorced, he has four half-siblings – Amy, Jake (from his father and stepmother) and Micayla, and Nikole (from his mother and step-father).

He took up skateboarding and excelled at it. Casey competed in the Vans World Amateur Competition and got featured in Transworld Skateboarding. He had several accidents skateboarding but one accident left him with a severe concussion so he gave up skateboarding and took up acting.

When he was in high school, he auditioned for the school’s production of Carousel. After graduating from high school, he attended Metropolitan State College in Denver where he majored in Theatre and Psychology. At the age of 19, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career. Deidrick started his acting career with the short film Settle in 2009. He played the role of Jimmy. He also starred in another short film titled Running Up That Hill. His other movies are I Am Not A Hipster, American Satan, Dog Days, and Painter. In 2009, his debut in television was with the American teen drama series 90210, as Julian in the episode Of Heartbreaks and Hotels.

He has also appeared in other television series like Body of Proof, Glee, Revolution, Eye Candy, Teen Wolf, Driven, Now Apocalypse, and Into The Dark. From 2009 to 2013, he played the role of Chad DiMera in the NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives.
