He comes from a talented and accomplished family. His father Richard Daddario, is a prosecutor and also served as the head of the New York City Police Department’s Counterterrorism Unit, while his mother Christina Daddario is a lawyer.
Matthew grew up with two sisters who also stepped into the world of acting. His elder sister Alexandra Daddario was born on March 16, 1986, and has earned fame as a successful actress in Hollywood. His younger sister Catharine Daddario born on December 16, has also pursued a career in acting.
Adding to this strong family legacy Matthew’s paternal grandfather Emilio Q. Daddario was a respected political figure who represented Connecticut as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1959 to 1971.
