Gregory is well recognized for his roles in the TV series Trapper John, M.D. as Dr. George Alonzo ‘Gonzo’ Gates (1979–1986), Centennial as Levi Zendt (1978–1979), the film Razorback as Carl Winters (1984), and the TV movie Picnic as Hal Carter (1986).
In 2012, Gregory Harrison joined the Hallmark Channel with a mystery and romance movie called Undercover Bridesmaid, directed by Matthew Diamond. He played the character of Mr. Thompson and worked with popular actors Brooke Burns and Nicole Paggi.
