Her debut TV Movie is “Inside the Osmonds” (2001, as Mary). Tammy gained popularity for her roles in Chesapeake Shores (2022, as Miranda Livingston), Siren (2018-2020, as Deputy Marissa Staub), Ghost Wars (2017-2018, as Jane), Continuum (2015, as Doctor), and Less Than Kind (2012, as Barbara).

Apart from being an actress, Tammy is a producer and a director. She is the director and the executive producer of “The Support Group” (TV series, 2016, 6 episodes). She is the producer of Din (short film, 2004) and the executive producer of Riverfront Romance (TV Movie, 2021).

 In the year 2017, Tammy Gillis won the Best Actress Award for Menorca (Solaris Film Festival, Black Sea Film Festival, Noida International Film Festival, and UBCP/ACTRA Awards, Vancouver).
