This Hallmark mystery movie is sure to keep you on the edge of your seat as the private investigator unravels the crime.

Francesa ‘Frankie’ Quinn (Mallory Jansen) is a private investigator and forensics expert in St. Benedict Minnesota. She is heartbroken when her fiancé Carl Wiseman (Derek Kun) is murdered. After a week of no progress in finding the murderer, Carl’s sister hires Frankie to solve the case.

But to solve the case, Frankie has to work with her ex-boyfriend, Wyn Rousseau (Dylan Bruce). Both Frankie and Wyn share a powerful intellect. They were once very much in love but things ended badly between them. After the breakup, Frankie quit her forensic job with the police department and became a private investigator.

Frankie and Wyn team up to find the murderer. As they investigate, they find the sinister killer and unravel a serpentine plot. The investigation strikes at their hearts.

1 Mallory Jansen as Frankie Quinn

Mallory Jansen is an Australian and British actress well-known for her role in the ABC series Galavant and Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

In 2020, Jansen starred in her first ever Hallmark movie, On The 12th Date of Christmas. She played the lead role of Jennifer Holloway, a Chicago-based game developer (not video games, but scavenger hunts). Aidan Walsh is also a game developer. Read Full Bio

2 Dylan Bruce as Wyn Rousseau

Dylan Bruce is a Canadian actor who is well-known for his character in roles such as Chris Hughes on, As the World Turns which is a CBS daytime soap opera, and Paul Dierden on BBC America and Space’s Orphan Black.

In the year of 2005, he landed his very first role in 24: Conspiracy which was a mobile-only spin-off of the television series 24 as that of the previous Counter Terrorist Unit (CTU) Agent Martin Kail.
