Erin Krakow is an American actress who was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on 5th September 1984. She was born to Dr. Elliott Krakow & Morgan Krakow. Her birth name is Erin Alisa Krakow. Erin and her family moved on to Wellington, Florida with her brother Kyle Krakow.

As for her schooling, she went to Alexander W. Dreyfoos Jr School of the Arts in West Palm Beach, Florida. She also studied at Juilliard School in New York City and later of which she started her acting career on stage with roles in George the Fourth, The Importance of Being Earnest, and Steel Magnolias.

She graduated from the Dreyfoos School of Arts in West Palm Beach in Florida and she has a BFA from the Juilliard School.

Erin Krakow had a recurring role in the Lifetime television drama series Army Wives as Tanya Gabriel a Specialist in medicine in Afghanistan between the years 2010 to 2012 She has also guest-starred on The Castle which is a crime-comedy-drama series.

In the year of 2014, she starred in a lead role on When Calls the Heart a Hallmark Channel drama series with Daniel Lissing an Australian-born actor.

She also plays a teacher, Miss Elizabeth Thatcher from Poppy Drayton in the movie that made the series. She started in the year 2016 Finding Father Christmas which is a Hallmark Movies & Mysteries film.
