Early Life:

On March 28, 1961, in Huntsville, Alabama, Victoria Iloff was given the name Victoria Osteen. She resided close to Marshall Space Flight Center, where her father, Donald Iloff, a mathematician employed by General Electric, was a part of the group working on GE’s Saturn rocket project under the direction of Wernher von Braun of Germany.

Victoria Osteen has always had an infectious enthusiasm and drive for life. Victoria, a native Houstonian, worked in her family’s jewelry store while she was a student at the University of Houston. She met Joel in the same jewelry store, where they later wed.

Later, the flight attendant sued Osteen in civil court for $405,000 in damages and an apology.
