Story of the Hallmark Movie The Wedding Veil Legacy
In this third Wedding Veil Trilogy, Tracy Goodwyn (Alison Sweeny) meets Nick Serchio (Victor Webster), and her whole life changes. After Nick and Tracy have their meet-cute at the tailors when she drops off the veil to have it repaired. But they met again. When Tracy needs a caterer for the upcoming 25th anniversary gala of the auction where she works, her co-worker brings her to Nick’s Italian restaurant where the food is impeccable.
Tracy loves the food at the restaurant, but she doesn’t want to hire him when she learns that it is Nick’s restaurant. But they both need a favor from each other – Tracy needs a caterer and Nick needs the publicity that being the caterer will bring and wishes to start a restaurant of his own. Eventually, they agree to help each other.
The auction house obtains a handwritten original draft of The New Colossus – Emma Lazarus’ poem. Tracy looks for a donor to help get it placed in a museum. Tracy learns that Nick’s grandmother revered the poem when she immigrated from Italy. She agrees to help Tracy in her quest.
As Tracy and Nick work together, they realize that they bring out the best in each other. Tracy realizes that she is falling for Nick but she isn’t quite ready yet. Will the veil’s magic work and lead Tracy to her true love?
