Story of the Hallmark Movie The Most Colorful Time of the Year
Ryan Tanner (Christopher Russell) is an elementary school teacher who is colorblind. But he keeps it a secret from everyone.
One of Ryan’s students’ mother Michelle (Katrina Bowden) is an optometrist. She conducts a medical camp at her son’s elementary school to give all the students (and teachers) an eye check-up. Ryan reluctantly goes for the check-up as he didn’t want to reveal his secret.
During the eye check-up, he somehow manages to clear the eye test. Michelle tells Ryan that he has excellent vision and also asks him to tell her the color of the shirt she was wearing. Just by luck, he tells the color of her shirt correctly!
As the Christmas season approaches, Ryan wishes to see the colors of the season and enjoy the holiday to the fullest. He opens up to Michelle about his secret and finally tells her that he is color blind. Michelle decides to help Ryan and works with him to bring color into his life in time for the holidays.

I think you made a big mistake in making the Hallmark Channel movie – The Most Colorful Time of the Year.
This is regarding to Ryan Tanner who is colorblind. How can he drive his car observing the colors of the traffic
signal at the intersection showing the red for stop, green for go and yellow caution lights. He certainly would fail the colorblind
tests at the DMV.
Somebody who wrote the script sure screwed up big time!!
My step son is colour blind and he passed so maybe you shoykd check your facts,
