Stokeley Clevon Goulbourne was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on April 18, 1996. He is of Jamaican origin. Goulbourne grew up listening to musicians such as Busta Rhymes, Missy Elliott, Wu-Tang Clan, and Lil Wayne. His parents, he claims, often played Jamaican music in the home. Goulbourne’s father, a rapper known as “Sin City,” would often urge his son to concentrate on making his own rap tracks. Goulbourne was transferred to a juvenile prison institution in 2013 for having “about $10 worth of cannabis,” when he met XXXTentacion.
