Lauryn Alisa McClain is from an artistic family where her dad Michael McClain is a music producer, vocalist, writer, and sound engineer. His first production was the one for Beyonce’s younger sister Solange Knowles’ solo entitled Sky Away.
Her mother is Shontell who is a vocalist and songwriter. Her two sisters Sierra and China Anne are also actresses, singers, dancers, and writers as we can see. Lauryn was in her very first school musical when she found her passion and love for music, singing, and dancing.
She was once a very shy girl however, she appeared in her first movie THe Gospel which made an impression on her that more of her is needed and so she lost her stage fear and picked up her guitar and she wanted to write, play with the instrument and very well do an alternative song with her mentor Avril Lavigne.
Lauryn has written her 10+ scenes for a comedic sitcom she did herself. She loves rollerblades and reading chapter books and performing with her sisters and she is also damn passionate about arts & crafts of all kinds.
She wanted to write and sing with her sister and become a veterinarian in order to fulfill her love for animals and she has also been on the A.N.T farm a Disney series.
