Kaitlin Doubleday Early Life
Kaitlin Doubleday was raised in a performing arts family. Her father, Frank Doubleday, was a well-known character actor, and her mother, Christina Hart, was an actress. Both Kaitlin’s great-grandfather and paternal grandfather were theatrical producers and actors. From a young age, Doubleday was exposed to the performing industry, and her desire to study the arts was fostered. She attended the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts before enrolling at the California Institute of the Arts to pursue a theatre degree.
Career, Struggle, Turning Point, and Success
A cameo role on the well-known TV show “Without a Trace” in 2002 marked Doubleday’s acting debut. She later got small parts in various TV programs, such as The Closer and CSI: Miami. She made her big-screen debut in the 2005 horror movie Waiting, which also starred Ryan Reynolds and Anna Faris. While Doubleday continued to work in both cinema and television, it wasn’t until 2013 that she received her big break on the popular ABC drama series Nashville.
