DJ Khaled was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA on November 26, 1975. His parents, who had immigrated to the United States from Palestine, were artists who performed Arabic music. They moved to New Orleans with barely $20 and sold clothing from their vehicle to support their family. DJ Khaled attended Dr. Philips High School but was unable to finish his schooling due to his family’s financial difficulties.
