Early life, Family and Relationship
Anya Taylor-Joy the American actress is the daughter of Dennis Alan Taylor, a former banker and was also a recipient of the MBE and the OBE whereas her mother Jennifer Marina Joy, is a psychologist.
She was born in Miami as her parents were on a tour during her birth time and as such, she got her American citizenship. As her dad was from Argentina she had English and Scottish descent. He was the son of an Argentine-British mother and a British father. Her mother was born to an English diplomat father, David Joy and her mother was a Spanish woman from Barcelona who was born in Zambia. She is the youngest of six siblings, four of them were her siblings of her father’s previous marriage.
She lived with her family in Buenos Aires and she had her schooling in the Northlands School till she was six and her family relocated to the Victoria area in London. Anya is very much fluent in Spanish and English. She had experienced severe trauma and didn’t want to learn English after going back to Argentina and she was educated in the Queen’s Gate School in Hill House and she has also got into Queen’s Gate School which is acting in the school productions.
