Marsai Martin the young American actress was born in Plano, Texas to African American parents Joshua and Carol Martin. Marsai’s acting career actually started after a beautiful pictorial.

During her photo shoot, the photographer gave her father a discount in exchange for a promise that he would give her pictures to talent agencies. As these photos were sent to agencies, she was signed up with one of them.

She was signed up at the early age of five when she acted in a national commercial for a Choice Hotel. She and her family moved to Los Angeles in the year 2013 and it happened for her to pursue her career as an actor.
